Ownership Types
Touch Down Group Resort Ownership comes in either fixed or fractional ownership:
- Fixed Ownership: A weekend or a midweek at a selected resort per annum. A weekend, midweek or full week at a selected resort per annum.
- Quarter Fraction: One full week occupation at a selected resort per annum.
- Split Fraction: Two full weeks’ occupation at a selected resort per annum.
- Full Fraction: Four full weeks’ occupation at a selected resort per annum.
Ownership Benefits
Loyalty Programme: Members will enjoy discounted rates on cash rentals, Seasons Spa, Seasons Water Park, on-site restaurants and resort activities.
External Exchanges: All Owners enjoy free membership for the year of activation as well as one additional year with RCI and/or Registry Collection. This membership gives you access to thousands of resorts worldwide.
International Holiday Voucher: As a new Owner, you will receive between one and four vouchers (depending on your Ownership type) from RCI that entitles you to a holiday for four people to the USA, Portugal or Spain. All you need to pay is the nominal exchange fee!
